30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to love your InnerForm piece. If it isn't right, you have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return it for a full refund of the product price.
To qualify, returned items must be:
- Unused and undamaged
- In their original packaging
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
How to start a return
Email sales@innerform.store with your order number and we'll send return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back before contacting us.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, you cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't refund items that don't reach us. Original shipping was free, so no shipping charge is deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the product price to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show it.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you're covered under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. Email us within 30 days and we'll arrange a free return and a replacement or full refund, including any shipping you paid. We cover return postage for faulty goods.
Your statutory cancellation right
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you also have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, and receive a refund. This statutory right sits alongside (and is more limited than) our voluntary 30-day guarantee above. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
