Free Worldwide Shipping
Every InnerForm order ships free, worldwide. No minimum, no surprise fees at checkout.
Order processing
Orders are hand-checked and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You'll get a confirmation email with tracking the moment your order leaves our studio.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch)
- United Kingdom: 2 to 4 business days
- Europe: 5 to 10 business days
- United States & Canada: 7 to 14 business days
- Rest of world: 10 to 21 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and customs can occasionally add time.
Customs, duties & taxes
For international orders outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your local rules before ordering.
Tracking
A tracking link is included in your dispatch email. If it hasn't updated within a few days, that's normal while the carrier scans it into their network.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email us at sales@innerform.store and we'll chase the carrier and make it right.
